Refund Policy

This Refund Policy sets out the conditions under which Vibestack Ltd ("Vibestack", "we", "us", "our") issues refunds for purchases made through our products, services, or website at vibestack.uk. We aim to handle every refund request fairly, transparently, and in accordance with applicable consumer protection law in the United Kingdom.
1. Software development services
For bespoke software development, consultancy, or professional services, refunds are governed by the written agreement signed between the client and Vibestack Ltd. Where no separate agreement exists, the following applies:
- Deposits and payments for work already performed are non-refundable.
- If we cancel an engagement before delivery, you will be refunded for any work not yet completed.
- Disputes about deliverables should be raised within 14 days of delivery and will be reviewed in good faith.
2. Digital products and subscriptions
Where you purchase a digital product or subscription directly from us:
- 14-day cancellation right — Consumers in the UK have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of purchase under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, unless the digital content has already been supplied with your consent and you acknowledged loss of the cancellation right.
- Subscriptions — You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future charges; previously charged periods are not refunded unless required by law.
- Renewals — Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date. We send a reminder before each renewal where required.
3. In-app purchases through app stores
If you purchased through Apple App Store, Google Play, or another platform, refunds are subject to the policies of that platform:
- Apple App Store — Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Google Play — Refund requests can be made within Google Play within 48 hours of purchase, or by contacting Google Play support.
Where a platform refund is not available, please contact us at billing@vibestack.uk and we will review your case.
4. Virtual goods and consumables
Virtual goods (such as in-app credits, coins, gifts, or consumable items) are generally non-refundable once they have been delivered to your account or used, except where required by law or where there is a clear technical fault that prevented delivery. Unused virtual credits may be refundable under our 14-day statutory cancellation policy where the credit has not been spent.
5. Faulty or undelivered services
If a paid service is not delivered as described, contains a substantial defect, or fails to function as intended, you are entitled to a remedy under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We will, at our discretion, offer a repair, replacement, or refund.
6. How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact us with the following information:
- Your full name and the email used to make the purchase.
- Order or transaction ID.
- Date of purchase.
- Reason for the refund request.
Send your request to billing@vibestack.uk. We will acknowledge requests within 2 business days and aim to resolve them within 10 business days.
7. Method of refund
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used. Depending on your bank or card issuer, refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement.
8. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or card issuer without first contacting us, we may suspend the relevant account pending investigation. We always prefer to resolve concerns directly — please reach out before initiating a chargeback so we can help.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Refunds for purchases made before a change will be assessed under the policy in force at the time of purchase.
